Anaheim Packing District
The Anaheim Packing District is a vibrant, historic landmark in Anaheim, California. Originally built in 1919 as a citrus packing house, the site has been transformed into a food and entertainment hub that is perfect for tourists.
The Packing District features over 20 artisan eateries and bars, including award-winning restaurants like The Kroft and Georgia's. Visitors can also enjoy live music and performances at the outdoor Farmers Park, or take a stroll through the Anaheim Brewery, which was formerly a marmalade factory.
The Anaheim Packing District is not only a great location for foodies and entertainment seekers, but it also has a rich history. The building was once the center of the agricultural industry in Anaheim, processing and packing locally grown oranges, lemons, and other fruits. The Packing House, which holds many of the food vendors, has been restored to its original rustic charm with its exposed brickwork and steel trusses.
