Kohl Center
Kohl Center is a multi-purpose arena located on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. It was opened in 1998 and serves as the home of the Wisconsin Badgers men's and women's basketball teams. The arena has a seating capacity of over 17,000 and also hosts concerts, conferences, and other events throughout the year. The Kohl family, who donated $25 million towards the construction of the arena, has a long history of philanthropy in Wisconsin. The arena is named after former U.S. Senator Herb Kohl, who also owned the Milwaukee Bucks basketball team. For sports enthusiasts and music lovers, the Kohl Center is a great destination to experience the lively energy of Badger sports and catch a memorable show.
