The comfort of the room. Mrs.Sandra who arranges the room is very kind and attentive. All the staff especially Alberto and Leo in front desk and Mario Zarate in restaurant. Mr.Mala as a driver is an excellent person.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped. I also noted a good reception service as they were always interested in helping in any way possible. There were a full breakfast and parking included in the price. In short, I was going for one night and I stayed for five: with that I say everything.

The location is excellent. Right in front of Disney and surrounded by many restaurants. Rooms are spacious, a hotel presented a small gift for my baby who turned 2 years

It is very close to the Disney parks, the staff is very friendly, the room has everything you need, very clean and comfortable. They also offer breakfast at Denny's right next to the hotel.

The location is extraordinary. You cross the traffic light and enter Disneyland. There are food stores nearby and a signature restaurant complex within a short distance away. The staff is correct and attentive. Well stocked breakfast

Everything spectacular and every detail very well taken care of. The restaurant works until late and provide good food. Large pool and the room was very comfortable with a very good shower facilities. I would definitely come back.

On the corner of Harbord and Katella. A 10-minute walk from the main entrance to Disney. Safe and very nice area. New hotel. Impeccable everything. Mrs. Manager of customer service served us EXCELLENT for three days. They allowed to leave the car in the parking lot even after the check out, so we could visit Disney until the end. Microwaves and coffee fridge is Perfect.

In our specifications I wrote that we were celebrating the graduation of my niece and my children's birthday and we were received with an excellent surprise, a beautiful detail, likewise the rooms are very comfortable, and this super close to the park.

Very friendly and helpful staff. At 10 o'clock in the morning we were able to enter the room and they also gave us the breakfast of that day that was not included, impeccable! We had to leave the day before due to changes, and they gave us money back for that night. I was surprised by the willingness and kindness of everyone!

The location is a little far from the entrance to the park, but I think it's worth walking around a little more. But I would stay at this hotel again

A very big hotel with a lot of movement but you always feel comfortable. The staff is very friendly and attentive, rooms are beautiful and well equipped. Only 5 minutes walk from the entrance to the Disney park, from the corner you can see the fireworks of the parks at night.

Large room, comfortable bed, and acceptable breakfast service (not continental, but has everything you need for a good breakfast with cereals, fruits, coffee, waffles, scrambled eggs, and hamburgers). A plus is that coffee and hot water are available all day at the reception. The location is ideal for those who go to Disney. The swimming pool and hydro-massage area are great!

The room for 6 people and two bathrooms is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is rich and complete. The attention of the staff was always kind and they helped us when we needed it. Good value for money. It's a mile from Disneyland but it's two blocks from the Toy Story parking lot where you can take the shuttle to the park. Several restaurants around, one with Vietnamese food right next door and it was very good. A swimming pool with warm water :). The room has small decorations of Disney characters that gives it a special touch.
