Spacious room, large bed of 1.60 and comfortable. Very good location, we rested very well, close to everything and without noise. We had a nice breakfast, fast and you don't get hungry because there is toast, cookies, coffee and juice.

All that has been said about the breakfasts at the Rome Glam Hotel can be applied to the amount of food in the excessively pantagruelic breakfasts. On the other hand, the dining room, has an unbeatable cleanliness and style. Regarding the location of the hotel, it is especially beautiful, safe, elegant, close to the train station to walk, quiet, a true reflection of what the whole city is.

The size of the room is very big plus there is a little terrace. The restaurant and its magnificent views. Very helpful staff. Very clean rooms and location 15 minutes walk from the center.

Everything! The big, clean room with a view. The staff is unbeatable, always willing to help in any way. The extraordinary breakfast. There was a problem with the electricity and they brought us breakfast to the room every morning. Good wifi connection. Great location. 100% recommended.

All the hotel staff was very kind. very complete breakfast. first day I ordered an espresso. following days I remembered perfectly what I liked, size of the room was adequate and location of the hotel wonderful.

The room was spacious and well decorated, the bathroom very spacious with a fantastic shower. Furthermore the hotel is situated about 15/20 minutes away from the center, through a very pleasant walk on the banks of the Arno. If you don't want to walk there are two bus lines right outside the hotel. And all that is fine but it has nothing to do with the charm of this hotel and its people. They are attentive to every last detail. They serve a free aperitif in the garden, they offer free mini bar in the room. They also help you with everything you need. They booked me tickets to a museum because I had a problem with the website. They take care of moving the car if you have parked it wrong, they offered me fresh water for the trip and two small gifts when I left, and even when it was my honeymoon they gave me a bottle of champagne. In short, unbeatable service, lovely people and unforgettable experience. I will recommend this hotel to everyone who travels to Florence and when I return I will repeat it without hesitation. It's wonderful.

Parking lot was comfortable, even though they charged you by the night. Access to the hotel is relatively easy if you go by car. The distance to the center is walkable and the neighborhood is decent at night. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is great. We've got a very spacious and comfortable room, very clean also. We stayed for two days. They changed the sheets and towels every day. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit and a variety of pastries.

The croissants were very crispy, the bed was very comfortable, the weather was very good and they offered us cappuccino and espresso coffee every day which they prepared quickly and very tasty. Very friendly staff.

The location is excellent for exploring the downtown of Florence. Everything is close by. We walked all the time, bus stop was very close. There were shops and convenience stores nearby, if you want to buy something.

When I arrived they gave me a bigger room than the one I had booked! The reception staff was very friendly and helped us with everything.

The perfect location and views. The hotel is very luxurious at the entrance, the dining room is spectacular and offers a very good buffet. The two elevators, one of which is quite wide, are appreciated. The terrace on the top floor offers you very nice views, although there are some steps to access it.
