Everything, especially the treatment of the staff. rooms were super comfortable and clean. bathroom always clean and conditioned. location for excursions is great, because of connection. Breakfast buffet.

The complex where it is located has cafes and restaurants and serves breakfast and dinner. The swimming pool, I didn't have the chance to use it but it seemed ok, old but well maintained.

The location and facilities. It is a very nice, classic and elegant hotel, very well located in the center of Coconut Grove, close to restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and gave me an upgrade to a better room.

The rooms are clean and safe. Very quiet, so you can rest. We were allowed to check in before the agreed time and that was very good for us because we had a long trip.

Excellent location! Clean venue, friendly staff, tasty food and plenty of it. I would go again when I have the opportunity to travel to Miami. There are comfortable bed and bath even more. Clean and with everything necessary to feel at home.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean, sea view, tranquility, free internet and location were enviable; in fact you can reach the hotel by subway from the airport. great walking area with good bars and restaurants.
