The staff is very friendly, especially one of the girls: Sonia, the best person I've met on this trip. The common kitchen was quite clean and spacious, as well as other very clean common areas.

The place is spectacular, unique. It is well located, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. Decoration is very hippy, everything is clean and beds are quite comfortable. If I were ever to return to San Diego, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I didn't know the city and I chose the hotel for the price and it looked nice. It's a normal hotel, not very modern but not very old either. Everything was in order and clean. At night you can go out and walk around and there are bars and squares where people gather. A bit removed from the centre and from oldtown but I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was under renovation and luckily we got a new room. Very functional, nice, clean and with a very comfortable bed. I'm sure that with the complete renovation the hotel looks a bit different. It's very close to the beach promenade. It's a typical movie motel, quite humble but functional. The queensize bed and pillows are comfortable. It has a small fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker.
